On 2/14/07 a snow storm hit New York's JFK airport. Not only were Jetblue customers stuck on airplanes for over 8hrs, flights were delayed an canceled for 5 days. Here is an interview with David Neeleman (CEO JetBlue) explaining what happened and how it will not happen again

You are wrong Jetblue has no compassion for their customers. Matt Lauer is right on. For a CEO with a Mormon background he only prays to the almighty dollar. They Suck and if I can make them loss customers I will.

Matt Lauer is a CEO hater it is obvious. Or there is something else he has against David Needleman. Fire someone. Accountability,? whatever! Matt has zero accountability for his sorry ass show that has crazy one sided weak ass stories.

The funny thing is that Airlines will spend millions on damage control through advertising campaigns, but not give pax a meal on a delayed flight or try and take care of them when things go wrong.

I'm a 1st timer flying JetBlue next month going to Miami coming from La Guardia. I hope it will go pretty well.If there will be a delays due to the bad weather or something, I'll have to be patience (just calm down).I won't make arguements or anything to somebody that would driving me nuts.Because I'm wanting to have safe and sound travel going to Miami(business trip).
