Yes, i would say Hibari was Japan's answer to Shirley...but while Temple's popularity plummeted when she hit her teens, Hibari was popular both as a singer and as an actress until she died aged 52 in '89. Her most popular songs were recorded when she was a lot older there are lots of vids of her on Utube u might want to check them out too:D-Keiji |
