Jajaja... First of all, this rules are listed in the Japanese model of leadership since the post WWII times, this fucker wouldn't know what leadership means even if it bites him in the ass. If he was a "leader" how come he was "misslead" in 2003?. What an idiot.

I saw 2 out of the 13 that I would agree with.#5 and #8 The rest could be refined that bythrough understanding bringing vison and leaving ego and credit out of the equation all together. 2 more very important points to make.. If there's need for a war, then our insight of humanity has failed us. And if military is our greatest strength, then we've lost sight of our main goal, which is to master ourselves and the universe in the hopes to cheat death instead of bringing death.
