This is not Morgellons disease. Onchocerca volvulus is what this is. The filaria worm gets into it's victims via a black fly bite. What you see on these mens faces is microfilariae (baby filaria worms). It is common in third world countries mainly where people do alot of work near rivers. The most common problem with it is what they can cause River Blindness. The worms fill up the eyes. It's apparently pretty painful and they make special spoons to carve/pull out the worms as best they can.

ok ill explain more the guy who wipe the guy face try to show everybody that there's a worm in your face but that's not true at allif u look carefully at 0:15 - 0:20 you can see there's something black which is a cockroach when cockroach obviously dead and crushed so the worm inside cockroach come out and is now in the guy face
