It was seen in the dashcam video because that was the view was from the cops car, unlike the view of it from the drivers car, as that was being obstructed deliberately by the cops car. It was a speed trap.

Once again resisting arrest, failure to follow instructions, he asked for his license 3 times before he gave it up. He walked away while he was giving instructions. He was verbally assaulting the officer and bitching about the 40 mph sign which is clearly seen in the dashcam video. WITH FLAGS. He then continued to be combatave refusing to sign the ticket. Why should the officer have to put up with his shit, and second off, where would this have gone if he continued to just let him rant??

The cop had no regard for road safety. Oh and don't forget, the cop set up the speed trap, the proof is that he suddedly drives his car to the position where it will obscure the low speed limit sign from the driver in the vehicle behind and to the side.

Cop had Napoleon Complex, no communication skills, and scant regard for safety, driver pointed at a road sign with thumb in pocket so cop wanted to zap him, cop was in a bad mood that day, why I cannot imagine, at the outset he walks up to the drivers car swinging his clenced fists like a bitch, and at the end his body language screams out that he himself was out of order, and he lied to the other cop, because he knew he had fucked up.
