like theOtherSteel say and like u say, only the first part of robotech and macross where the same, then that guy "Jack McKinney" and others fuck up the story of macross and try to create something but of course thats story line doesnt work at all, thats why only the first part of robotech has some meaning.

Man Im confused. Is the first part of robotech and the original macross the same set of episodes? Or did macross have more to it? I only have the robotech remastered box set to go by as I bought it randomly and enjoyed the show. If I were to buy the macross box set, would I be seeing the same thing as the first set of episodes in the robotech box set? Or is there any differances? Im confused to hell but curious to.

oh god I was so sad that they chose to end it with only 25 episodes since its a 25-year thing... I kinda thought that there was too much buildup and it was resolved in like 3 episodes or something... sorta disappointed there

Robotech: Sentinels was a Harmony Gold production that fell through and remains permanently imcomplete.It is a part of Robotech, not a part of Macross.Robotech is a new script overwriting the stories of Macross, Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber Mospeda into one giant series.A series of Robotch books was written unde the psuedonym Jack McKinney, and it wrote out the Sentinels storyline.Robotech: Shadow Chronicles picks that storyline, but not exactly. (Oops, ran out of space.)

i saw everyone of them... and I must say M Zero had the best music no doubt and M7 had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much repeating of the songs...
