Making a video with audio is illegal in some jurisdictions. Making a comment re: the TIMING of storm is one thing. Anyone who inferred they were joking re: the victims of the storm needs to pay better attention because that is not what seems to have been said. Indeed, if they were Repubs surreptitiously recorded by Dems, the Repubs would have claimed it was a private convo followed by an inquiry to find out who recorded it and sent it to the press! =)
