I've been doing these type of exercises at the health center I work out at 5-6 times a week and within 6 months I got ripped and even shaved off a few pounds of excess fat. Of course, I also run 2-5 miles 4 times a week and swim 750-1500 yards 2-3 times a week to burn off calories and increase cardiovascular performance. I've been avoiding high-sugar foods/drinks.I strongly recommend certified personal training at least once a week for guidance in reaching your goals and to stay motivated!

abs are made in the kitchen.not taking anything away from this video though.awesome job. |
