Yes, that is a great guitar, but I also believe that you get your tone from your fingers. This guy is just great at that.I dont know why he is so unappreciated. I remember seeing a list of the top 100 guitar players in rollingstone and he was not on it. Unbelievable. Oh well, at least a lot of people seem to be catching on.

I never comment on anything. No kidding. I'm not even sure if you'll see this. The tone he gets is largely due to the fact that he's playing a Gretsch. You might know that already, but Brian prides himself on not modifying the guitars he plays. Why is he the most unappreciated guitarist of the era? It's because he doesn't freakin' brag! |
