i understand how these exercises can help address problems due to the muscles connecting to the eyeballs, but how can the muscles controlling the lens be affected?(its been a long time since i studied the eye so i apologise for not using the correct terms!)

Hi, Is it true that you can improve vision without contacts, glasses nor surgery? all by doing techniques and exersises? I have horrible vision, all from computer games, tv and the usual (not from a disease). So if I follow these and other techniques I would have better vision, enough to throw away my glasses in a few years??

Hi naturalsight, thanks for you great video! I want to try Bate's method because I have very poor sight. however I use the computer for more than ten hours every day. Do you think Bate's method will work for me and do you have any other tips I could follow?

i have an eye grade of 1.00 on my left eye and 3.50 on my right eye. can your eye exercise restore my eyesight to a normal 20/20 vision?

but one thing that came up in my mind in that bates claims we can only see very small center area the best clearly and the rest is blur whereas photoreading is a technique that ables you to input the whole words on a page of book into your brain at just one sight of 1~2 seconds. do you think those two mathods contradict each other? or words are still recognizable in any what bates called blur area of vision field.

Hi kcarlo, most people report success with at least 20 minutes per day. Pure effort usually fails, because the aim is to gently coax the vision back to relaxed natural ways. Get a book by T. Quackenbush or Margaret Corbett, relax your eyes with palming, shifting, sketching, swinging and you will see changes. Or of course, get my CD program! At VisionImprovementCenter website. |
