uhhhh...pitchers can have their motion however they like....Cat Osterman? she goes all the way to the ground before she does her wind up...is that illegal? NO...so you really must have not been playing for 10 years as you say..I've been playing for 16 years and...her motion is not illegal..the side to side thing....her feet are probably wrong because she looks like she is crow hopping...AND she looks about 12 years old...i wouldnt sit here and bash a 12 year old about pitching..
