Last year (Feb 2006) around the same time of year, we had our flight sit on the tarmac for about 8 hours and then it was canceled and we had no way of getting home! We waited in 3 hour long lines and had to incur numerous extra charges. The best JetBlue did was give us a couple vouchers. We had to pay for taxis, hotels, and newer more expensive flight home through Southwest! Thanks JetBlue!JetBlue jet blue runway tarmac flight delay hours canceled airline passenger rights bill frozen snow trip

yeah after that incident the passenger bill of rights was passed and now everything is better because the dodgers ALSO fly on Jet Blue. Yes the dodgers make it worth riding on the big blue bus.

And the J.D Power and Associates award goes to ....jetBlue! For 4 consecutive years in a roll for best customer satisfaction! That shows you how good they are even with the whole snow storm!

Jetblue is the only way to fly today. and no matter what you all complaint about, you still choose to fly Jetblue..why because they are the only dumb ass to put up with your crap. try another airline and see what you get? :)

People don't realize that it wasn't Jetblues fault really. It was JFK's fault. They barred Jetblue from allowing people to take off or deplane. So really you should be "Mad" JFK.

but one can only imagine with the current economic standings of all American carriers can JetBlue really afford to keep paying out money to passengers every time they make a mistake?

JetBlue made a mistake and appologised afterwards. You should accept their appology if you haven't already and moved on.We (my family and I) previously flew on four flights to and from Orlando. One of the seats on the flights had a problem with the audio jack (there was no sound). Since it had been reported by someone else (we didn't report it), JetBlue gave our whole family money and appologised for the inconvience.

Ok..so just read this and some of the rants. I got a kick out of the video...we Northeasterners saw a lot of you and your fellow passengers on news that weekend!Bottom line...JETBLUE made a monumental mistake leaving passengers out on tarmac so long.Recently, we flew in to JFK on JETBLUE. They kept us from a gate for 30-40 minutes due to heavy air traffic.I had an email the next day (I am a Blue member)and received $25 towards another flight for my inconvenience. unexpected. Lesson leanrnd
