10 Minute Freeze - Arcadia mall

11 people doing a long freeze in the Westfield Santa Anita mall (Arcadia, CA). If you're trying to organize a freeze yourself, I recommend you read the whole thing because it has tips and stuff you may not have thought about that needs to be discussed beforehand.
