And after perusing your videos it seems as if my assertion is more accurate than expected. Get more experience as a player, then you can make informed opinions about gear.

Only the power section is tube, and even that leaves much to be desired.Personally my pinnacle for Line 6 was their Flextone II heads. So many great tones, and extremely reliable. Other than that, Line 6 pretty much blows on most of their stuff.

That's why you didn't know if it was tube or solid-state? Righttttt. I suppose if everyone said that Line 6 spider combos were the best amps ever and you've never actually played on one, you'd agree in a heartbeat. Try gear before backing it. Stock JCM800s are alright, once you do a few mods they're great.
