Yes time has gone by very quickly..I could never imagine then what my life has become now(all good things) I hope this generation discovers what great music we had then.

Simple Minds were in Sydney when this song was Number One. I went to their venue, The Coogee Bay Hotel. It was packed. While talking with a bouncer, six or eight cops arrived and declared they'd had a call saying a bomb was inside! The owner was a flamboyant gambler called Terry Paige (or Page). I heard Terry say "We get calls like that here all the time". He talked the cops out of closing the show down. Well done Terry. I heard it all.
