Manyof the lions, tiger, and cats that are all white are not albino in fact they have white fur due to a recessive gene that flourishes only upon occasion. What makes an animal or human albino is that they have no pigment in any part of their body ... blonde or pale skinned people have less pigmentation like with the white tiger that has a black nose and eyes but their body is capable of creating pigmentation. An albino animal will have a pink looking nose and pinkish eyes paw pads, and tongue.

They arent 100 % but some animals which are more then 80% albino are still considered albino
