Well companies are finding that if they are unkind and unsympathetic to their customers they get flamed with negative comments online and elsewhere with big damage to their brands.... and they also lose staff, as people don't want to work for nasty companies.

This video is a breath of fresh air. If only company could regain their human tough things would be better.However if everyone was this nice to customers what would happen? would profits remain the same, maybe, but at least people get on better.
