Well, I think the problem is that there are two type of artists. One expresses art through life experiences, and the other is an entertainer. Amy is the first and is revered by many, many other artists because of this. Madonna, MJ are pure entertainers. They are icons and legends, no doubt, but they don't pure their souls into their songs. Nas? Great lyrics and knowledgeable about about of shit, but legend? Tupac is definately legend, no agrument there...
