We need compulsory completion of High school now we need to lead the world again. There is no reason to drop out of High School. over %75 of prisoners are HS Dropouts, check out the census for exact #sa completed high school diploma is the first step to reducing poverty and crime.

Hopefully ANY President (whatever their colour) would be able to do something about that situation. Either way, in my own personal opinion, thats a problem that begins in the home. Not much a President can do about that.
