i cant get it to play. i got it in a zipped folder first but then accidentally deleted it now when i download it it shows with an itunes symbol and doesn't play. please respond

The only part of an iPod that could ever be used in a taser would be the battery. To create a taser you would need a number of additional parts, not the least of which are transitors and capacitors. The battery alone cannot provide enough voltage or current to deliver a perceptible shock so it would need to be concentrated and amplified. You'd be better off converting a disposable camera for it's flash circuit. The flash circuit is essentially a low power taser, limited to about 1000 volts.
