Commenting has been disabled now. If you want to discuss this please do so in whatever audio related forum you are coming from, and feel free to link here in your threads (not that you need my permission). It's just dwindling down to comments of people telling us that it's not a subwoofer (lol) so... Hopefully it's not such a loss for the real engineers out there. ;)

Nice.....I really wish If people would look up the differences between a "Driver" such as the Jackhammer..which is impressive in it's own right, and a Subwoofer such as the Matterhorn which is no doubt the most powerful sub in the world...although not terribly practical...For home use I would say the next best thing in terms of freq. response would be a rotary Sub..as long as you have alot of space and cash to dedicate to it

jackhammer SUCKS BIGTIME

oh and, just for reference... the Jackhammer isn't the largest driver in the world (i used to have a pair of 36" myself), and it's not the most power-handling driver in the world either. not that power-handling really matters.

the "brown note" is just a myth.

quoting spezzy (i've said this to newbs before as well)"It said subwoofer.A subwoofer can have multiple drivers. It didn't say world's largest driver or woofer did it?"

Wrong, the worlds biggest subwoofer (not plural) is the MTX audio jackhammer
