-NjRocks- America's GDP exceeds that of every nation in the world. Like i said we spend more on our military than any other nation. Just because he have the money dont mean we should spend it. Our 4% of our GDP dwarfs that of China's whos population is 5x's bigger than ours.thats my point.Though percentage wise we spend the same of our GDP but in raw military equipment we dwarf everyone.

hes actually right bro your pretty wrong. America had a much greater debt after WWII. Your naive enough to just look at straight numbers. In order to really know, you have to look at the national debt as a percentage of gdp. It is not at WWII levels. USA is not bankrupt, but we have definitely spent way too much.

Russias fall was largely contributed to its over spending on its military. We spend more money on our military than all our european allies combined trying to police and secure other nations borders....ISRAEL!! cough cough..Is our government planing on starting another war?? if not then explain the spending for me
