slimy, filthy, disgusting politics...these people are just the worst

Hostile! You should see British interviewers.

props to gibson for not laughing in her face during this interview

I am an Obama supporter (former Hillary supporter). I see both of your points. I feel she was a bit disrespetful addressing him as 'Charlie'. Be professional!

He was hostile. I didn't like him. BUT I DID like how Katie Couric asked the questions. Gibson was biased. I am an Obama Supporter

Let me rephrase. I'm blown away by the disrespct in this interview. Gibson asks every question in a condescending, hostile tone, and seems to be attacking Palin through the interview. There is a difference between asking questions to get folks to tell the truth and being a straight-up dick.Watch how he handles himself in this interview, then in the Obama interview. Totally different environments.

disrespect? DISRESPECT?! all these interviewers ask the questions that force these people to tell the truth, questions ordinary citizens would ask. Campaign speeches are all about logoism, sound bites, pretty words...what do you expect Gibson to do, polish her glasses and lick her toes?!

Exactly. This isn't what some people call "Gotcha" journalism. This is asking someone going for the 2nd highest office in America questions. What's disturbing is that these aren't even difficult questions. Anyone who's simply watched TV within the last six years could (hopefully) answer the question regarding the Bush Doctrine. Absolutely disturbing.

yes its true there are 4 versions of the bush doctorine, but they all have one word and one theme in common:"preemption"and that one word would have been acceptable if she said it.i dont understand how anyone watching this doesnt draw the same conclusion.she simply didnt know what that was. period.
