People might say it's all due to Melo that championship, but one player doesnt make a team. Melo played to get the fame and jump to the next level, while those 'Cuse players stayed and hoped to bring back another championships for their school.

And unlike most student athlete, he did not study in something that was shit, he studied for real even playing ball. I don't know how many of you guys played elite ball for real, but i did play in Qc and it's hard to mix real studies and sports. And don't start the hating cause im french. I was just looking for McNamara stuff over the net and found those comments guys.I'm not saying those who call Gerry a looser are wrong or anything like that. I'm only saying they just probably dont like his style of play. We could argue his 3 pts sats arent off the charts, but when it was crunch time he would nail the 3's and send everybody home happy. You're right, He was not an nba draft pick, he might never play an nba game, but dude worked his way to college and he did it with class.
