The thing I love most about this video is Purdie's expressions throughout -- that is a man who is digging his groove!

There is a piano player on screen at 3:15 - 3:22. I just assumed that it was Horace Ott as i thought he was the only piano player credited on the Lialeh soundtrack LP. But i see now that Ernie Hayes is also credited as a piano player. So it might be him or even someone else. If you can identify the piano player, i would appreciate it.Btw, here is a link to the complete credits of the Lialeh soundtrack: answersDOTcom/topic/lialehThanks for your comment.

Unfortunately, the filmmakers decided to dub the studio version of this song over this live performance. That explains why it's not in sync and why you don't see the brass section. When i posted this video, i looked up the credits for the Lialeh soundtrack and only listed the artists whose instruments can be seen in the video. I didn't recognize anyone besides Bernard Purdie so i might have listed some wrong names. I definitely made a mistake by listing the clarinet. Thanks for the correction.

They shoulda let Tropea do his Groucho impression! That's a strange list of musicians, there's often not much difference in sound between clarinet and soprano sax but that's a sopsax that Sedon's holding, and what about the rest of the brass section? Sounds to me like there's at the very least a trumpet and tenor sax playing in there...One more thought. Does Horace Ott appear onscreen at any point during that clip? I know it's hard to concentrate on the musos, but I tried...Honest.

No problem, dude. The comment section is for everything you feel like talking about. I'm just glad that none of you theists have flagged this fine video yet.

I do not feel it's safe for children to watch this type of thing. I believe it's even unsafe for them to be watching T.V., or to be listening to this world's music. How you came to your conclusion is beyond me. Oh, and one last thing: a true Christian is not going to go to an amusement park, for they know we should not tempt the Lord our God. I'm sorry, but this is my last visit to this page. I'm going to reply to your other comment and move on. Private msg me if you want to continue.

tell the world how sottish and ignorant you are. your apologizes makes no sense. if you refrained your unlearned comments to YOURSELF none of this would have ever taken place. but it's obvious the the most-High feels it the need to allow you one last time to repent of your corrupt and selfish ways. in promoting filth as this how can anyone see you to be a person of any morality? satan comes as a wolf in sheep's clothing. here you are using kind words to deceive as if you have some decency. pssss |
