this works for me, big time: try to consume a hearty soup for lunch/after work, eat most of your day's carb (bread/ pizza, pasta, you catch my drift) before sleep, metabolism burns cals coming from outside your digestive system, ie. moving unwanted fat layer on belly)..continue 8 min.abs daily, and this 'baby fat' won't be back! Sorry to sound rude (ie: baby fat) GL.

your abs are like your muscles..if you train them, they will expand or grow. u should start doing crunches. i have been doing this video for a good 6 months almost everyday and i have a 6 pack and i have a pic to proof it showing what i look like b4 i started watching this vid and after i watched it. I do not run because i feel like doing this and weight lifting almost evryday is my way of burning calories.

I could use a little help guys,ok first off im in pretty decent shape and my body looks decent except for my midsection. When i stand it looks semi flat but when i sit it rolls up,(basically i need to lose some fat on my mid section.) My workout is about a 300 calorie burn on the treadmill every day and then 30 mins of weights every day/every other day(no abs).i dont eat to much, probably 800-1300 cals a day avoiding junk food.(i just started doing everything mentioned above about 3 weeks ago)

You are doing something wrong, for sure. Side crunches are the most relaxing exercise out of them for me.

I find that using a jump rope is the best cardio and its easier than jogging
