biondotkd, la guardia che ti riferisci tu, è solo un'impaccio per chi pratica questo sport da agonista, in quanto tenere la guardia significherebbe irrigidire anche il resto del corpo, mentre così, sciolto, le gambe sono pronte al minimo movimento dell'avversiartio ed hanno più velocità nella partenza dei colpi. Ciao!

Daniele, ogni sport ha le sue regole e, quello del taekwondo Olimpico sono queste e, per tale è riconosciuto dal C.I.O. inoltre ti dico, che senza l'uso delle mani, vedi il vero Taekwondo "da Sport", perchè con questo regolamento, devi essere molto tecnico, bravo, intelligente, veloce, pratico e, saper applicare le tecniche per far si che riesci a mettere punti ok?

questo è vero ma personalmente preferisco combattere usando tutto ciò che mi è possibile usare piuttosto che limitarmi a usare solo le gambe(WTF)o solo le braccia (box)
