I see you have a extremely big interest in the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth, that´s not so frequent even in Poles...but for sure you know MKLJ SKRK is also a big fan of the commonwealth

No, union of Kreva was more than a 'military' alliance, but it only needs to read about it, we`ve got still all the original documents of every union, so the only confusion is about translation from Latin, for example the word 'applicare' in this context. Then there was also important Union of Horodlo, Vytautas was finally recognised as a 'Magnus Dux', but... Jogaila was still 'Dux Supremus'.In fact, before 1568 it was confederation, than it was federation, but state was much decentralised.

Yeah... we are all mixed. My noble ancestors were a armenians who fought at polish arm against Ottoman's Empire. Bow to Great Golden Liberty. Slighty bow to the greatest commonwealth, union in history. |
