I watched a while back a boxing match with amir khan fighting against someone and he was KO'ed within sixty seconds. A round does not guarntee entertainment vaule as it can end in any time. All sports have rules but many fight/play to win, entertainment is a added plus if you get it. That is why when you buy a ticket its to see more then just one fight.

funfun got it right. San Soo was made AND USED for protection against thugs. Yes you can injure someone bad enough in seconds so you could kill them. Kung fu was made by the chinese to use to KILL their enemies on battlefields or to defend against raiders and thugs. That's why so many things are illegal in UFC. If they had no rules, every fighter would day after a few fights, because someone would do an unexpected attack and kill them.
