travis can get that 'speed' across the drums because he has a friggin seven inch deep rack tom which basically SITS on his snare drum. travis is an averaged talented drummer who would probably be the first to admit it, because he is a cool dude. as far as pop punk and hip hop drummers go (which are the styles he prefers to play) he is definitely not on the top call list of people to sit in at studios. hes ok, but not more than that. really cool guy, though

those guys i mentioned before are not jazz drummers...Vinnie played w/ Zappa, Chambers started with Parliment, and Weckl plays everthing. And, dot' forget about the bad ass funk, latin, and fusion set players out there. Don't get me wrong....Peart was GREAT for Rush..and i love rush....but even Peart said during an interview once There area LOT of drummers out there better than him. I could probably name 100 off the top of my head.

OK since you've started reading this its too late to stop. a 15 year old girl was killed in a clearing in scotland. nobody knows who what killed her but there is scratch marks all over her body and she looks horrific. she is said to roam around the world and can go 2 places at once. if you dont post this comment on 5 other videos or websites in ten minutes she will suddenly attack you and kill you in some gruesome way. this is scary coz it happened to my friend.

ok maybe you guys dont know what you are talking about.... he has freaking singles speed and can use it from snare to all of his toms like there isnt even a pause.. once i can see you guys throw that down. congratulations you are fast and precise. also cough cough what kind of music does he play man he sure seems the best at that style. neil peart just some avg metal...

he's not amazing, but it's decent for the style he's attempting. I mean, this isn't what he does most of the time. But compared to DCI lines, he sounds pretty immature.
