I can't get over how completely insane he looks. What was it about his speeches that appealed to Germans? Seriously what is it about this type of oration that Mussolini as well did that moved people then. It looks coockoo to me, like they're having spasms.

no its not Rudolph Hess, when the camera first zoom on Hitler, Hitler is talking to Rudolph Hess, and then that guy (whos name im asking) is stepping in to talk to the crowd.
