KEEP WELL CLEAR OF TISCALI they will tel u their price includes line rental BUT they do not tell u they take u r line away from BT n u cannot change internet providers unless you pay BT reconnection fee when their service fails they expect YOU to pay mobile phone charges phoning them my internet is slow n or unreliable at best fo times n now my phone is DEAD ni can only change providers IF i paY BT reconnection charge something they NEVER said SO in the first place selling under false predence
