If you want to learn maybe you should try looking it up for yourself. That's what Google is for. I already explained that Kunrei-shiki and Hepburn are different forms of romanization. I don't know how much more simple I can explain it for you.

It's the same thing. Tocyu uses the Kunrei-shiki form of romanization but it's pronounced the exact same as Tochuu (which is the Hepburn form of romanization).
