you all act like your vote really is of real significance. must be nice to believe that. as for the guy who doesnt like the camera; i hate people like that; he thinks he has more rights than you? i would have said let's see what you can do tough guy. and he'd call the cops of course... and they would side with him but that's america for you.

I had a problem with my local "Peter" type in California too. I wanted to make sure that there was NO MISTAKE in my vote so I went over the procedure with the people running the polling. Turns out they gave me the wrong instructions. Instead of simply punching "Democrat" and voting (I'm Independent) there was ANOTHER little spot that needed to be punched. Thus my vote didn't count. I was given incorrect instructions and told to only punch Democrat. This was a deliberate trick.

Hello - This is what you get for running on the Republican ticket without being a Republican, but Ron Paul. If he would have run as a Libertarian and picked Ventura as V.P. these problems wouldn't exist. At least there are less Diebold machines this time around.

I also live in Los Angeles, I also registered Republican to vote Ron Paul, and I was also forced to cast my vote for him via provisional ballot. I called in to verify how my vote was counted after the several-month waiting period, and they told me it wasn't counted at all because I wasn't registered Republican at the time of the vote :( |
