Freedom! 90 - George Michael

This 1990 music video, directed by David Fincher, is most certainly among my select all-time favorites. Featuring the nineties dominating Trinity of supermodels, that is Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington - and adding Tatjana Patitz and Cindy Crawford - this video became iconic in its own use of icons.George Michael refused to be a visual part of this video to a song which was clearly supposed to visualize his break with his Wham! (and Sony) past. Pay attention to the destruction of items representing his past, such as the leather jacket.A great song, wonderful video that matches the song and then adds some.George Michael's career has manifested in a number of great music videos. I can recommend you to get the two disc DVD "Twenty Five" featuring forty music videos, among them Careless Whisper, Roxanne and including Wham! classics such as Club Tropicana and Last Christmas.

1990 IS the 90's, dumbass. the majority of people regard it as such, even if technically it might not be correct. you think anybody was celebrating the millenium on Dec 31st 2000(except for a few weirdos)? have some common sense. Also, you do know there is a year 0? 0 to 1, that's the first year. 0 - 9, a decade.

it came out in 1990, which makes it the 90's, just to clear that up

ACTUALLY the video was released in 1990!Get your facts straight before fucking it up for everyone else (especially if you're going to call ppl out in such a douchebag way)...unless you were thinking of the song "Freedom" by WAM! which was released in the 80s (not sure if it had a video tho).

But he wasn't talking about CENTURIES. If he were then you would be correct, because the 18th century includes 1990. but he just said the 90's, NOT the 19th century.
